At Eagle and Stones Legal Advisory, Leen plays an integral role in supporting the firm’s corporate and commercial legal services. Her responsibilities include: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, including shareholder agreements, NDAs, MOUs, distribution agreements, and service contracts, developing and reviewing internal policies, codes of conduct, and compliance procedures in line with UAE laws and international standards, providing legal opinions and strategic advice on regulatory compliance, business structuring, corporate governance, and operational risks, supporting arbitration proceedings and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) efforts through legal analysis, drafting submissions, and preparing evidentiary materials and assisting in internal investigations and providing legal support in employment and contractual disputes.
